With over 30 years of combined experience, we’ve helped individuals, families, and small business owners navigate taxes with confidence. Founders, Jennifer and Amy, first met while working at a full-year tax resolution firm, helping people tackle complex IRS issues. That experience gave us a deep understanding of tax laws and a passion for finding solutions that work for real people.

With over 15 years of experience in tax and accounting, Jennifer is dedicated to helping individuals, businesses, and startups navigate the complexities of tax compliance. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from Illinois State University, equipping her with a strong foundation in tax regulations and financial principles.
Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, including small businesses, real estate investors, high-net-worth individuals, and those facing complex tax resolution issues. With extensive experience preparing tax returns in all 50 states, she ensures multi-state compliance and accurate filings across jurisdictions.
Outside of her professional work, she is passionate about nature, plant-based nutrition, and holistic wellness. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, creating meaningful memories together.

Amy Ulloa
FOUNDER
Amy is a dedicated tax advisor with over a decade of experience specializing in personal tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and an MBA in Business Analytics and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University, providing her with a strong foundation in financial planning and tax strategy.
Amy has extensive experience working with families, self-employed individuals, and small business owners, she understands the unique challenges they face and provides personalized, reliable tax solutions. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, she is committed to making tax services accessible to a diverse range of clients.
In addition to her tax expertise, Amy is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate investor, having co-founded multiple startups.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband and toddler and pet bunny.
